Agenda set for Iroquois Caucus meetings in Oneida

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that the agenda has been set for this week�s Iroquois Caucus meetings taking place in Oneida Territory, near London, Ontario on Wednesday and Thursday, February 21 and 22.

Agenda items include Tobacco; Taxation; Algonquins of Ontario Agreement update; Free Trade Protocol Implementation; Bill S-3; and a Radioactive Waste Working Group Update. 

Nits�nhaienhs Bobby Patton and Martin Leborgne will be attending on behalf of the MCK both days. Iets�nhaienhs Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer will make a presentation on Bill S-3 on Thursday.

The Iroquois Caucus consists of elected Councils from Kahnaw�:ke, Akwes�sne, Kanehsat�:ke, Tyendinaga, Six Nations, Wahta and the Oneida of the Thames.
