Reminder – Climate Change and Flooding Info Session Thursday

The Kahnawà:ke Environment Protection Office wishes to remind the community about the information session on Climate Change, Flooding and Erosion in Kahnawà:ke, taking place tomorrow evening (Thursday, March 15) at the Golden Age Club.

Topics covered will include:

  • How the weather is changing due to climate change
  • Kahnawà:ke’s emergency plan for extreme rainfall events
  • An update on the Shoreline Vulnerability Assessment
