Transfer Depot closed due to weather

The Waste Management Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke wishes to advise residents that the Transfer Depot on the Seaway Road will be closed today due to icy conditions.

The Transfer Depot will re-open tomorrow (April 17) and resume normal hours.

Community members are asked to refrain from dumping materials outside the fence or along the seaway road.
