Statements sent to Housing Clients

Client-Based Services wishes to inform the community that annual statements and a letter from Executive Financial Officer Paul Rice have been sent to all housing clients via registered mail.

"We want to assure you that we are taking all necessary steps to rectify the situation and to ensure that reconciliation of the accounts occurs in a timely manner," the letter states. "We would like to apologize for any inconvenience or unnecessary stress that this situation has caused and will do our best to keep you up to date on the progress of our assessment," the letter continues.
