Route 207 water and sewer work begins

The Capital Unit of The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform all Kahnawa�kehr�:non that construction work along Route 207 will commence, Monday August 20th, weather permitting.

The Capital Unit will be installing water and sewer mains in the area. Upon completion of these works, the surface drainage system will be upgraded. The highlighted area shows the work zone.



Detours will be erected regarding road closures. However, all businesses in the immediate work area will remain open. Residents will have full access to the 207 at all times.

Proper signalization will be placed to delimit the work zone. Access to homes in the work area will be limited during the paving operation.
