Indian Way School Road asphalt installation

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform the Community of the upcoming project to grate and install asphalt surface on Indian Way School Road linking to the McGregor�s Farm area. The work is scheduled to start on Monday, September 24th and be completed by Friday, September 28th. Work hours are from 7am to 3:30pm.



Residents in the area may be inconvenienced with dust and noise from trucks and equipment. Proper road signalization will be installed to warn of the construction limits. The community will also be notified if and when a road closure should be scheduled.

All private properties affected by the work in this area (e.g. driveways, walkways, hedges and/or fences) will be repaired or replaced prior to the completion of the project.

Works may be extended due to inclement weather or hindrances to work progression.
