Cannabis Poll questions announced

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that the questions for this week�s Community Poll on the topic of cannabis.

The community will be polled as follows:

In answering the questions below, please note that if the regulated sale of legal cannabis was to be permitted on the Territory, there would be a strict limit to the number of stores allowed to operate as well as rules concerning the location of such stores and the types of cannabis sold, determined by the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Board to ensure the health and safety of the community.

1.    Should Kahnaw�:ke allow the sale of legal cannabis on the Territory?
a.    Strongly agree
b.    Agree
c.    Disagree
d.    Strongly disagree
e.    I don�t know

2.    If the sale of legal cannabis is permitted on the Territory, should the cannabis be sold for:
a.    Recreational use only
b.    Medical use only
c.    Both

Please note that participants must be on the Kanien�keh�:ka of Kahnaw�:ke Registry and be age18 and over.
