Kahnawake Cannabis Control Law Formal reading on Tuesday, December 4th

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) wishes to inform the community that the Formal Reading of the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Law is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 4 Tsoth�hrha/December 2018.

The Certification of the Process will take place following the completion of the Formal Reading. The Formal Reading will be filmed and made available for viewing on the KLCC�s website, Paul�s Cable Community Channel, YouTube and via the MCK�s Facebook page.

The Law will be posted on the KLCC website at www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com.

Hearings on the proposed Law concluded following the meeting on Tuesday, 20 Kentenhk�:wa/November 2018.

Once the Formal Reading is completed, the Law will be presented at a duly-convened Council Meeting for ratification.
