Fieldwork on Tekakwitha Island to Support Recreation Bay Remediation

The Kahnawą:ke Environment Protection Office wishes to inform the community that they will be undertaking fieldwork on Tekakwitha Island beginning today (Monday, December 17th) to support efforts to remediate the Recreation Bay.
Work will consist of excavating several test pits to identify bedrock elevation in select locations. All excavations will be restored.
