MCK and Centre Solutions settle legal proceedings

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) is issuing the following statement to the community:

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke and Mr. Alwyn Morris wish to state that the legal proceedings instituted by Alwyn Morris, dba Centre Solutions, against the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke in Superior Court of Qu�bec, district of Montr�al, file #500-17-106510-194, have been settled with no admission of liability by either party.

Alwyn Morris, Centre Solutions and all associated business entities shall be vacating the leased premises situated in the Kahnaw�:ke Office Complex by April 30, 2019.
It was determined to be in the best interest of both parties for Centre Solutions to cease operating within the Territory.
