Davis Montour officially announced as Director of Housing Unit

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that Davis Montour has accepted the position of Director of the Housing Unit.

Housing was formerly a department of Client-Based Services; though the Housing Unit is now independent, it will remain at the same location

“Davis has been working as the Interim Manager of Housing,” said Ratsénhaienhs Carl Horn. “He is extremely competent and interacts very well with people. We’re pleased he has accepted the challenge of leading the new Housing Unit, and we wish him the very best.”

Mr. Montour has been with the MCK since 2007. He began his career with Skén:nen Aontsonton Alternate Dispute Resolution, later becoming the General Manager of Human Resources. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, with a Graduate certificate in Human Resources.
