Tioweroton site visits today

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that several members of Council are in Tiower�:ton today to conduct a general tour of the Territory and the new caretakers� cabin, which is currently under construction.

They will also meet with the caretakers to discuss matters relating to the Territory. Additionally, they will be introduced to the new on-call caretakers, Jesse Jacobs and Tionerahtoken Phillips, who have just begun their two-week orientation period.

Grand Chief Joseph Tokwiro Norton, along with Ratits�nhaienhs Clinton Phillips, Gina Deer and Kahsennenhawe Sky-Deer are participating. They will return to Kahnaw�:ke later today.
