MCK Announces Summer Meeting Schedule for Chief & Council

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to inform the community that Chief & Council will hold its final Council Meeting on Monday, 30 Ohiarí:ha/June before embarking on a period of ‘No Official Monday Council Meetings for Six Weeks.’

During this time chiefs will be available to carry on day-to-day activities such as meeting with community members, taking part in committee meetings and maintaining on-going files.

With the exception of 9, Ohiari’kó:wa/July (at which time the Consolidated Audit Presentation will be made to the Chiefs) there will be no Council Meetings until 18, Seskéha/August.

Additionally, the Summer Community Meeting is scheduled for 26, Seskéha/August.
