ABC Elections Appeal

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawą:ke would like to inform the community that the Court of Kahnawą:ke has received an appeal to the Alcoholic Beverages Control board elections.
The file has been assigned to Justice of the Peace Josephine Curotte for review. A decision concerning the appeal should be delivered within 10 to 14 days.
Elections for seven seats on the ABC board took place on June 13, 2008. Nine community members were nominated.
