Mercier Bridge Ramps work Wednesday night

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) that crews will be conducting mobile works Wednesday, May 27 from 8pm to 5am.
Crews will be working on the R-138 east & R-132 west up-ramp (from Chateauguay and La Prairie direction) and the R-132 east down-ramp (toward La Prairie).
As these are mobile works, there will be alternating lanes closures, with one lane available in each direction at all times.
This work is not expected to cause a major disruption to traffic, and motorists are being advised to drive with caution, and to respect the safety corridor and the Move-Over-Law.
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
