Indian Day Schools Claim Update

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform the community that the claim Administrator and legal council (Deloitte & Gowling) have advised that after June 15, 2020 those who did not correctly indicate their claim level on their form will not be able to change it.

For all those in the process of submitting a claim or who plan to submit one, your Claim Level is very important to know, understand and get correct when you submit your claim form. There are 5 claim levels. Prior to submitting your claim, it is advisable to speak to the process� legal council (free) by calling 1-844-539-3815 or emailing the legal team at dayschools@gowlingwlg.com.

The June 15th date to change your claim level should not be confused with the last date to submit a claim, which remains June 13, 2022. The June 15th date is only for those who have already submitted a claim and have chosen the wrong level in their form and need to change it.
