Closure of OMH under Mercier Bridge next week

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed that the Mohawk Bridge Consortium (MBC) will require the closure of the Old Malone Highway directly under the Mercier Bridge up to the I-Beam detour road, located across from the MBC offices.

The closure is scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, September 14th and 15th, from 7am to 4pm. Wednesday, September 16th has also been scheduled as a back-up, but will only be used if absolutely needed.

A detour will be in place (see map below).

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression, and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
