Old Chateauguay Road � Drainage Installation

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to inform all Kahnawa�kehr�:non that works will begin on the Old Chateauguay Road in the vicinity between Barnes and Bells Point Roads starting on Thursday, August 21, 2008 from 7am to 3:30pm. The works will take approximately 5 to 7 days, weather permitting.

The works include some minor tree clearing and the addition of a Farmer�s Drainage type system. The works will improve the drainage in the area.

Proper signalization will be erected delimiting the work zone and there will some minor disruptions to traffic.
