Additional Cannabis Regs posted for 30-day Feedback Period

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission wishes to inform the community that additional draft Regulations for the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Law have been posted for a 30-day Feedback Period.

The draft Regulation Concerning Prices, Royalties and Contributions posted today is separate from, and in addition to, the draft Regulations for the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Law posted on October 8, 2020.

FOR CLARITY, Please note the following:

1. The Feedback Period for the October 8th draft Regulationsfor the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Law ends on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 4pm
2. The Feedback Period for the Regulation Concerning Prices, Royalties and Contributions begins today andwill end on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 4pm

Upon completion of the 30-day period, the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Board will review and analyze the feedback.
