Additional Cannabis Regs posted for 30-day Feedback Period

The Kahnawà:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission wishes to inform the community that additional draft Regulations for the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law have been posted for a 30-day Feedback Period.
The draft Regulation Concerning Prices, Royalties and Contributions posted today is separate from, and in addition to, the draft Regulations for the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law posted on October 8, 2020.
FOR CLARITY, Please note the following:
- The Feedback Period for the October 8th draft Regulationsfor the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Law ends on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 4pm
- The Feedback Period for the Regulation Concerning Prices, Royalties and Contributions begins today andwill end on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 4pm
Upon completion of the 30-day period, the Kahnawà:ke Cannabis Control Board will review and analyze the feedback.
