Overnight Mobile Lane Closures – R138 west Ramp Inspection

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) that mobile maintenance and inspection work will require alternating lane closures tonight from 8pm until 5am Friday.

Expect short-term mobile lane closures on the Kahnawà:ke side of the span, including the R-132 and R-138 ramps.

Additionally, inspection work on the R-138 west down-ramp (towards Chateauguay) will require the closure of the right-hand lane from 7pm until 6am Friday.

Please drive with caution and slow down when entering the work zones and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
