KAHNAWAKE IS NOT IN COMPLETE LOCKDOWN

The Kahnawà:ke COVID-19 Task Force is advising the community that comments made by Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke Ratsénhaienhs Frankie McComber on the K1037  Partyline Talkshow that Kahnawà:ke is going into a full lockdown ARE INACCURATE. This was due to a miscommunication. Ratsénhaienhs McComber apologizes for this.

Kahnawà:ke is not in or going into lockdown. Although lockdown is a last resort to ensure the safety of the community, that is currently NOT the case.
