CORRECTION- Additional Social Assistance benefit for January

Client-Based Services of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to advise persons who receive Social Assistance benefits of a temporary change in this month�s distribution.

For this month only, Social Assistance will be issuing additional funds for January. This will be released on Friday, January 22, for those who receive their benefits via direct deposit. It will also be issued to the post office on that date.

Please note that the regular monthly benefit has not changed. The previous notice issued earlier today contained an important omission which has been clarified in the above paragraph.
