Old Malone Highway closure east of the CP Tunnel

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed that the Mohawk Bridge Consortium (MBC) will require the closure of the Old Malone Highway directly under the Mercier Bridge up to the I-Beam detour road, located across from the MBC offices.

The closure is scheduled for Monday, February 8th, until Friday, February 12th, from 7am to 4pm.  A detour will be in place (see map below).

The MCK is reminding motorists to please drive with caution through the detour and to obey all posted signs.

Please Note: To enhance safety on R-132/R-138 west service road, additional signage will be installed and the stop signs at the intersection by JoJo�s Nursery will remain in place and active 24 hours a day for this detour.  

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
