MyKahnawake Community Plan Survey extended to April 2nd
03/10/2021
The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke wishes to inform the community that the ‘MyKahnawake’ Community Plan Survey has been extended to Friday, April 2nd.
The Survey has been commissioned and supported by Comprehensive Community Plan and Skatne Teionkwaka:nere – Kahnawà:ke Collective Impact Action Team.
The survey is available at www.mykahnawake.com. Assistance is available to help those who prefer to have someone help them to complete the survey. Please send your request or any questions to info@mykahnawake.com.
Following last year’s Kahnawà:ke Shared Vision ‘Mid-Point Check-In’ survey, the ‘MyKahnawake’ survey supports community-led planning as a way to direct and decide an approach, a direction and outcomes of community development for Kahnawà:ke as we move towards a Shared Vision.
“As we’ve stated earlier, it’s vital for Kahnawa’kehró:non to have a direct say in the direction and wellbeing of the community,” said Linda Delormier, who is leading the project. “We feel that, during the pandemic, this is the best way for people to give their ideas and comments. We strongly encourage anyone who has a few minutes to complete the survey.”
