Asbestos Civil Investigation monthly update

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to provide a brief update on the investigation being conducted by the duly-appointed Asbestos Civil Investigation Project Team.

The Deloitte Forensic Inc. investigation team is in the process of reviewing documents related to the asbestos issue and are discussing the issue internally. Over the next month, the investigation team will prepare for engagement with a multitude of employees and will conduct interviews and look at primary witness accounts.

As part of the process Deloitte will provide updates to the ACI Project Team, the MCK Executive Director and the community observer throughout the engagement with employees.

The Project Team wishes to thank community members for their patience during this process.
