Mercier Bridge Weekend Ramp Closure

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated that paving and maintenance work will require the closure of the R-138 west down-ramp (towards Chateauguay) Friday, August 6, at 10pm until Monday, August 9, at 5am.

A detour via R-132 east will be in place, see map below.

Additionally, the left lane of the R-138 east approach and up-ramp to the Montreal-bound span will be closed for maintenance work.

Please drive with caution and slow down when entering work zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.
 
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
