Tioweró:ton Road Conditions

The Lands Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke would like to update the community on the current conditions at Tioweró:ton Territory.
Following an influx of calls from community members with regards to snowfall and road conditions, Tioweró:ton caretaker Gerry White reports that approximately 8 to 10 inches of snow has accumulated. Access is limited as only the main entrance road has been plowed up to, but not including, ‘highway 30’.
