Notice of Enactment of the Regulations for the Kahnawake Cannabis Control Law

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Coordinating Commission (KLCC) wishes to inform the community that the Regulations for the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Law were enacted at a duly convened Council meeting held 18, Kent�nha/October 2021, by Mohawk Council Executive Directive #82/2021-2022.

The Regulations for the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Law are now published and can be found on the Community Decision Making Process website (www.kahnawakemakingdecisions.com/pages/cannabis/).

At this time, only applications for licensing in the area of Cultivation and Processing are being accepted. Those interested in applying for this license can contact the Kahnaw�:ke Cannabis Control Board via email at cannabis.board@mck.ca or call 450-632-6201 for more details.
