Public Notice for Community Representative for the Kahnawą:ke Peacekeeper Services Board

The Kahnawą:ke Peacekeeper Service Board is currently seeking one (1) community representative to fill a position on the Board.
The interested community member must be dedicated to the following:
- Two-hour monthly Board meetings;
- Ad-Hoc as required;
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements;
- and have an overall interest in advancing community policing issues.
In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in an orientation session on Board Governance and responsibilities prior to being appointed to a position on the Kahnawą:ke Peacekeeper Service Board.
The Board member will receive an annual honorarium based on established policy for participation.
The candidate will be required to sign a privacy waiver to permit a criminal background check and submit a detailed letter of interest no later than December 17, 2021, addressed to:
