Notice - Water and Sewer infrastructure work on R-132

The Capital Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to advise the community that excavation works will begin tomorrow (Thursday) for water and sewer infrastructure located on R-132.

The works will consist of excavating a pit on each side of the highway near the traffic lights by Strawberry Fields Convenience. A specialty contractor will then push pipes under the highway that will serve as access for the water and sewer infrastructures.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of next week (Friday, November 26th). There are no expected interruptions to traffic.
