KMHC phone lines currently overwhelmed

Kahnaw�:ke Public Safety and the Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre (KMHC) kindly ask that any community members calling into the KMHC, please be patient and understanding as the phone lines are currently overwhelmed.

KMHC staff members are doing their best to answer and return calls to every community member calling for assistance. KMHC will respond to your request; however, delays are expected. These delays come with the current outbreaks, along with the sheer volume of contact tracing, testing, and vaccinations with a limited number of available staff.

If your call is unanswered, please leave a detailed message; KMHC will get back to you. Please avoid calling multiple times, as this creates unnecessary phone line traffic, and you can lose your spot in the queue.
