Paving Work at South Texas Railway Crossing tomorrow

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to inform the community that paving work will take place on the Canadian Pacific (CP) Rail Crossing at South Texas/Lot 106. The work will be carried out by CEKA Paving on behalf of CP.

The work should take approximately six (6) to seven (7) hours beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, March 29th, at 9am.

Kahnaw�:ke′s Emergency Services are aware of the work. Plans will be in place to quickly make the crossing available for emergency vehicles should there be a need.

The detour for residents in the area will be by McGregor′s Farm Road, in or out by Indian Way or R-207.
