Victims of Crime Information Symposium

The Kahnaw�:ke Victims of Crime Research Project is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a Victims of Crime Information Symposium. This four-part symposium begins on Thursday, May 12, 2022 with a session on �The Rights of Victims� presented by Ms. Aline Vlasceanu, Executive Director of the Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime. It will be held 1:30pm to 3pm via Zoom.

Registration is free and confidential, and participation can be anonymous (keep your webcam off and leave name field blank).

  • �Erasing the Stigma of Crime� presented by Aline Vlasceanu, Executive Director of the Canadian Resource Center for Victims of Crime (CRCVC) - Thursday, June 16, 2022, 1:30pm to 3pm via Zoom.

The Kahnaw�:ke Victims of Crime Research Project aims to implement a culturally appropriate victims service for Kahnaw�:ke and raise awareness about victim rights and services. It is an initiative of Justice Services.
