Mercier Bridge one lane available in each direction

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec that maintenance work on the Mercier Bridge will require the closure of the Kahnaw�:ke-bound side of the span this weekend for repairs to the deck.

As a result, only one (1) lane will be available in each direction (on the Montreal-bound span) from Sunday 5am until 5am Monday.

Please note that the Airlie Street entrance to R-138 west/Kahnaw�:ke-bound bridge will also be closed during this closure; please see the map below.

Please drive with caution and slow down when entering the construction zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.

The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
