Mercier Bridge overnight lane closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) would like to advise the community of maintenance and repair work scheduled tonight for the Mercier Bridge.

The left lane at the beginning of the Kahnaw�:ke-bound span will be partially closed for repair work to the roadway tonight (Wednesday) from 9pm until 5am. Crews will also be conducting repair work to the lighting and electrical system on the Montreal-bound side of the span. As a result, motorists can expect partial, right lane mobile closures between the superstructure and the Airlie exit tonight from 10:30pm to 5am.

Additionally, the Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated will be performing mobile maintenance work in both directions, between the superstructure and the access ramps on the Kahnaw�:ke side of the span tonight from 8pm to 5am.

Please drive with caution and slow down when entering the construction zones, and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.
 
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
