MCK seeking community feedback for Strategic Plan

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) is seeking community input to assist with setting direction for the new MCK Strategic Plan.

While the Strategic Plan is still in development, the feedback phase will allow inclusivity of community members, organizations and MCK employees, and help guide the plan to be more representative of the community�s collective needs and concerns. Additional surveys geared for other stakeholders such as community organizations and employees will also be distributed shortly.

�In recent years, the MCK has experienced immense organizational change and growth, so moving forward is about refining our internal processes to allow us to function more inclusively and better serve the needs of our organizations, employees and community members,� said MCK Executive Director Oneraht�kha Karlie Marquis. �The direction we are steering towards will allow us as an organization to better realize the 2009 Shared Community Vision, build new and foster existing relationships, and ensure that it all happens in the spirit of collaboration. Please take this opportunity to share your important feedback.�

Respondents will have the opportunity to share their thoughts on how well the MCK fulfills its vision and mission, prioritization of Political Priorities, and overall feedback.

The survey is expected to take approximately five (5) minutes and is available by clicking here until Wednesday, July 20th at 4pm.
