Orville Park Splashpad undergoing repairs

The Sports & Recreation Unit (SRU) of the Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke wishes to inform the community that the Orville Park Splashpad is currently undergoing repairs and is temporarily closed.

Lightning from the recent thunderstorm has caused damage to the electrical system and, and the SRU is awaiting delivery of the new parts. Once received, the parts will be installed by a technician.

The temporary closure of the Splashpad is expected to be a minimum of one week. The community will be notified when the Splashpad returns to normal operation.
