School busses back to full capacity, masks still mandatory

The Daily Transportation Department of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to advise the community that school busses will be permitted to return to operating at full capacity for the upcoming school year.

All routes will return to pre-pandemic times and availability. Capacity levels had been reduced due to COVID-19 during the past two years.

As we are still in the pandemic, all students and monitors will be required to wear masks at all times while on the bus. Bus drivers will be required to wear masks while entering and exiting a bus, or when entering the passenger area. Please note that, for safety reasons, it is NOT mandatory for a driver to wear a mask while driving. Masks will be made available for students who forget to bring one.
