Dates set for Fall Community Meeting and Info Kiosks

The Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke wishes to inform Kahnawa’kehró:non that the date for the Fall Community Meeting has been set for Wednesday, November 30th. The preliminary agenda includes Land Allotments and Gaming.

Two community engagement sessions (“Chiefs Kiosks”) have been scheduled for Friday, November 4th and Thursday, November 17th. The Kiosks give the community the opportunity to meet the Ratitsénhaienhs face-to-face in an informal setting to request information, ask questions, or present ideas. The times for both will be from 2:30pm to 5pm, though the locations are not yet confirmed.

Additionally, the date for the Winter Community Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
