Production company authorized to film in Kahnawake

The Lands Unit of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke would like to advise the community that a permit has been granted to the production company Bravo Charlie, valid from Friday, November 11 to Tuesday, November 15.

Filming of the movie, titled �Someone�s Trying to Get In,� will take place at various locations around the community:

• Friday, November 11 � Knights of Columbus from 9am to midnight
• Saturday, November 12, at the Knights of Columbus from 12pm to 7pm
• Saturday, November 12, in the woods on Peter Foxy Road from 8pm to 3am. ** Temporary road closure required for 3 minutes, at 15-minute intervals during this time
• Monday, November 14, at a private home on Peter Foxy Road from 2pm to 5am
• Tuesday, November 15, at a private residence on Peter Foxy Road from 3pm to 6am

The Knights of Columbus will be used as a basecamp throughout the filming.

Please note during the temporary road closure (please see the map below); crews will be directing circulation for local traffic.

All efforts will be made to help reduce noise, especially during the late-night and early-morning filming scenes.

Residents are also being advised to expect more vehicles and people at the base camp and filming locations.
