Mercier Bridge overnight lane closures and inspection

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) has been informed by the Minist�re des Transports du Qu�bec (MTQ) that maintenance work will require the closure of the left lane in both directions on the Mercier Bridge tonight (Thursday) from 10pm until 5am.

The lane closures will take place in the center of the span as crews install jersey barriers to close off the �crossover� for the winter season.

Additionally, the MTQ will be inspecting two (2) structures on the Territory tonight, from 10pm until midnight. Crews will be conducting an inspection of the R-207 overpass, as well as the CP Rail overpass on the R-138/R-132 East Service Road. No lane closures will be required for this work.

Please drive with caution and slow down when entering the mobile work zones and respect the Move-Over Law when you see flashing lights.
 
The MCK reminds the public that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions, operational constraints, or work progression and that it does not take part in the scheduling or cancellation of such works.
