Wind Warning in effect for our region

The Public Safety Division of the Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to advise the community that Environment Canada has issued a Wind Warning for our area.

Southwesterly winds up to 90 kilometres per hour are expected this evening.

High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break, which may result in power outages.

Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds.
