Mohawk Council of Kahnawake Holiday Closures

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke wishes to advise the community that all administrative offices will be closed for the holidays from Friday, December 23, 2022, until Monday, January 2, 2023, inclusively. Regular business hours will resume on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

All essential services will remain operational throughout the break, and the Waste Management Department�s holiday schedule is as follows:

• There will be no cardboard drop-off;
• Recycling and compost collection will proceed as usual;
• The Transfer Depot will be OPEN from December 26-29, 2022 (Monday-Thursday, 9am � 2pm);
• The Transfer Depot will be CLOSED December 23-24 and December 30-31, 2022 (Fridays and Saturdays);
• Household garbage collection will proceed as usual.
