Survey Results for Administrative Tribunal Draft Regulations now available

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the results from a two-week survey to seek community input on draft regulations being developed for the Administrative Tribunal are now available for viewing by clicking here. The survey took place in October 2022.

On February 7, 2023, the Technical Drafting Committee presented the Draft Regulations to Council for approval of any operational and financial costs.

The Draft Regulations are currently undergoing a 30-day community review period until Monday, 13, Ennisk�:wa/March 2023.
