MCK seeking Construction Manager for Multi-Purpose Building

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke is seeking proposals to enter into an agreement with a qualified, experienced Construction Manager for the construction of a multi-purpose Cultural Center, Museum, and Theatre.

The Construction Manager will provide services for all construction phases of the project.

The deadline for proposals is due no later than Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 11:59pm.

The successful proposal will be governed by the Canadian Construction Documents Committee 5B Contract Form � 2010 Construction Management Contract to structure the agreement for this undertaking. Please note modifications may be required to ensure that the contract agreement aligns with the laws in force in Kahnaw�:ke.
