Administrative Tribunal Regulations Feedback Report Now Available for Viewing

The Kahnaw�:ke Legislative Commission wishes to inform the community that the Feedback Report for the draft regulations for the implementation of the Administrative Tribunal has been reviewed and analyzed by the Technical Drafting Committee and is now available for viewing.

The feedback was compiled during the 30-day review period of the draft regulations that
took place from February 10, 2023, to March 13, 2023.  As well, additional feedback was obtained from a focus group held on March 27, 2023.

The draft regulations for the implementation of the Administrative Tribunal are pursuant to the Kahnaw�:ke Justice Act which was enacted on June 15, 2015. The regulations are a necessary component for the implementation of the law.
