Mercier Bridge Maintenance Call for Tenders Deadline EXTENSION

The Mohawk Council of Kahnaw�:ke (MCK) wishes to inform the community that the Minist�re des Transports du Quebec has extended the Call for Tenders for maintenance work on the provincial portion of the Mercier Bridge (Pont Honor�-Mercier).

The estimated contract amount is between $60,000,000 and $74,999,999.99. The Call is open to Kahnaw�:ke Contractors only.

The deadline to submit a bid is now Friday, June 9, 2023, at 2pm, using the Syst�me Electronique d′Appels d′Offres (SEAO) - the electronic system used by the Qu�bec government.

The present contract is governed by the provisions of the Labor Agreement between the Government of Qu�bec and the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake and by Kahnawake�s Fair Wage Agreement.

The MCK is not part of the awarding process of the contract.
