Total Fire Ban in Effect

The current fire conditions in Kahnaw�:ke and Tiower�:ton are EXTREME.

As a result, the Kahnawake Fire Brigade (KFB) has issued a total Fire Ban for both Kahnaw�:ke and Tiower�:ton until further notice.

With the dry weather conditions and active fires happening across the province, it is prudent that we act accordingly to avoid any potential losses,� said Fire Chief David Scott.
