Animal Control Services Pawing it Forward

The Public Safety Division Animal Control Services (ACS) is pleased to announce a ′Share the Food′ event for dog and cat owners.

Animal Control Services has received a generous donation of dog food and some cat food and wishes to assist pet owners by giving away bags of food.

Tomorrow (Wednesday, August 16), between 9am and 4pm, bags of food will be given away to community members on a first come, first served basis. There will be a limit of one (1) bag per household and two (2) bags for homes with two (2) or more dogs.

ACS understands that with the cost of everything on the rise, community members may be feeling the pinch and wants to help. There is a possibility of this occurring monthly.
