KEPO and Consultants Surveying North Creek and Tributaries

The Kahnaw�:ke Environment Protection Office (KEPO) and consultants from Water�s Edge will be surveying North Creek and its tributaries from October 3 � 6 as part of the North Creek Community Visioning Project (NCCVP). Three (3) consultants will be on-site and will be accompanied by KEPO staff at all times on the Territory.

The surveying will take place in waters highlighted in blue on the map below.

The surveys will be used to determine which kinds of restoration works will be feasible and beneficial to the creek. Results will be discussed with the community in an NCCVP workshop later in October.
